as much as i picked up foreign languages from building kits (instructions), i think partial translation would be:
"i am building this whenever i have time / and not tired, but neverthless i am finishing up motor and torpedo section"
i would not take bullet for this translation, but i think it is scratchbuilt, and if it will reach edition through CMK, the floor would probably not be a mesh, more solid piece with a mesh-like relief, like on theirs similar editions.
its a nice representation of the torpedo room though, since the engine room is from CMK type VII kit, i am assuming that the torpedo room is for the VII too, countours match roughly up with those from my design (which by the way is still on halt due academical work)
