Yes, the set is two, both are slightly different in surface pattern. (OK, one side is one, one side is another - secret is out!) For those who prefer a smoother, cleaner look, they can easy sand the surface detail down or off, although it is designed to be subtle.

They look good to me. All my favorite boats are Portsmouth Boats. And they match up to my BuShip drawings. I see no reason way they wouldn't.

Yes, the planes seem fairly generic, same strengtheners inside, I noticed pretty much no variation in pix, tho they weren't exhasutive
