Simon, I am hoping to get Andrea's 1/32 Deck Gun vignette for christmas.  Sadly I don't have room for the whole Type VIIc, which would be a neat build to be sure!

Hi guys,

The photos of Andrea's U-boat come from DAS BOOT: The German U-Boot in WW II (Hardcover) by Andrea Press. It is pretty hard to get nowadays. The Spanish language version is currently available from Andrea's website. I seem to remember there was a German language version too?

The English language version is available at -

http://booktopia.com.au/das-boot-the-german-u-boot-in-ww-ii/prod9788496527034.html#

Of course the webpage Simon found has a number of decent photos. But the book is still worth getting at AUS$52.80 - loads more photos of a truly outstanding diorama.

Unfortunately my wife might notice if I tried to buy the Andrea U-boat. A 32nd scale boat is kinda hard to hide - as is the bill!

The OTW 1/32nd VIIC is good too -

Cheers,

Dougie

I think I may have to add this book to my shopping list  :)
