Still lots of details and finishing to go. Been rebuilding the Port side wall to bring some respectability.

That looks great! Wonderful detail. So that's what the area aft of the Port torpedo tubes is supposed to look like. Are you sure, because Trumpeter put a giant mystery box there. It's almost as if they forgot to take a photo of that area and couldn't find one online so they just made up details. I'm sure that's not the case.

Do you detect a hint of sarcasm there?

Seriously though, that looks amazing. You guys are really raising the bar.

Lol Katuna :)
Yes I tried from studying a heap of photos and videos of U995. It was like a jigsaw puzzle as due to the Big red torpedo not one complete view exists.
The Trump rectangular kit suplied box in the top right I added for artistic effect as on U995 a number of empty brackets for gear suggest some missing bits.
Ill post it when i fully complete and paint
Cheers.

Do you have a clear photo of that area? I have scoured the interweb to no avail. I would have thought someone would have taken a pic as they were leaving but, its not exactly an interesting subject. "Here Honey, take a picture of me in front of these little canisters and misc. pipes".

Yeah, I guess not.

Hi Raymic,
fantastic job...

I am still standing, due to the pain of losing my wife, which prevents me from concentrating on any work ... I don't know when and if I will resume, but I always follow you with interest ...
A big hug

Wow, that looks fantastic! I don't recall, does the kit even come with that pump? Regardless, yours looks spot on. Well done!

Hi Katuna
Yes the kit comes with a pathetic lump of plastic.
I have replaced the whole floor and pretty much built everything.
It will be a long build lol

Amen to that! Long build is an understatement. Remaking the deck plates make a huge difference.

I've kind of stalled out on my build but I poke at it occasionally. I've finally gotten a few things sorted and made a few copies of parts. As soon as I finish a little Jeep build I'm working on, I'm going to jump back into it.

Glad to see you're still plugging away. Keep up the hard work. It does pay off in the end (if you ever get to the end!).
