I think there is only the blueprints captured with U505 and in the Capture report on Uboat.net

A lot of the plans on the net seem to be copies of these but I could be wrong...

Remember on the U505 there were several rebuilds. Which one are you going for? Also what details are you looking for.
The U505 at time of capture was different from the U505 as she came out to the yard.  Good Luck.

Tim
thanks, for the reply.

While mine U-505 will be a scale working model, it will not be any one rebuild.

Just what I think looks cool on her, yes must have a net cutter. You get the idea.

Alex should have my frames done soon, hope to start her after the holidays

If I can up load a photo of what he has done to this date.
Thanks
Bill

Very interesting frames. Can't wait to see more. Is this being cut out of wood?

After the Holidays I'll try to dig out a few books and double check and see what I can help out with.
