20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Nautilus
« on: 01 Mar , 2014, 09:02 »
I quick question for all you sub builders out there. Which is the best Nautilus kit out there? I was looking into the "Total Immersion" 1/72 scale Nautilus or the "Nautilus Drydocks" 1/69 scale Nautilus? Any input would be good.

Thanks

Both kits are nice and expensive. As i understand it the Total Immersion one is not available any more.

Such an AWESOME design. I would love to do a scratch, but there are sooo many good builds out there, from kits and scratch. Total immersion has a note saying health is putting them on ice for awhile, but they will be back in production, and will be doing a Monitor. Drydocks looks mighty awesome too, though I do hate the scale...why not 1:72? 69 is odd and limiting!
