The torp reload at sea is what I'm trying to model into a diorama. So I enjoy this every time that I see it.

Some of them got to go for a long swim. Of course a different change in what they normally do is sometimes nice. Think of new ideas and how to get the job done.
On a lot of this stuff it would be great if we could find all of the floor droppings and cutting that they did not show or use. Think of all the extra info that we would have.

Enjoy

You are very optimistic! Myself, I'd be scared to death I'd drown or be eaten by sharks, or crushed by the torp. "Let's go float over a 3,300 lb (1500kg) steel anvil! It will be fun!"...not so much for me! Good on you for a positive attitude. I would be a pain to all around me in that situation, complaining like crazy! and scared!

Let's sing  "those were the day's my friend" The days when we were young folk like they were. We could do almost anything then. Remember the "Home Land" needs. quick some one play some music. LOL.
I'm sure that some of those folks had the same thoughts about sharks and everything, but they also had "Teddy" to lead them. If your commander jumps in the water and you said that you would, how could you not follow. I remember myself in the 20's and I would have followed him in quickly. Wow, I can remember back that many years.

I'm also sure that there were a few folks that did not step forward when Captain "Teddy" asked - who will do this with me?

Happy Easter
