I don't know if this happened in action or after the fort was taken. Where, Havana Harbor fort, Cuba.

I hope it was after. This is a bad way to go if you are a gunner. Did you se the news about the crushed guy excavated in Pompeii? Big block the size of an old TV squashed his head. Quick, but still...
