We never proceeded with our set but the research involved was kept and used for this article. I also used the research for our 72-01 set for the Special Navy IIA kit in this article too. Originally I was going to leave it on the IIAs and IIBs but recently I studied the IICs and IIDs so that it covers all sub-variants.
