U-Boot Im Focus 9

Hello folks,

The newest U-Boot im Focus - number 9 - is now available. See -

It has the usual format and high standard so you know what you are getting. Highlights include -

- A brilliant photo of U 46 on the front cover showing the forward part of the tower and forward deck
- Good close up side shot of U 10 tower

- 2 photos of U 48
- Installation photos of Vierling on U 739

Hi all

I've already read UiF 9 (I think I received it already a few weeks ago).
Definately worth the money. The big article on U509 is certainly a departure from the other magazines as it spans almost 1/4 of the magazine. But very interesting nevertheless.
I think this will also be a good contender for the Revell kit of the IXC later this year.
Some excellent pictures with interesting camo patterns.

And also another great new picture of U-404 (which also featured in UiF 6) (which will be one of my VIIC builds, of I ever get around doing them).

Highly recommended!

Issue nr 9 of UiF is really noteworthy. The article on U-509 is excellent. I found a pic of U-48 that made my day, showing a turret detail i've been after for months.
Definitely recommended
