Title: Want to buy U-Boot im Focus No. 2

I'm looking for a copy of U-Boot im Focus No. 2. Found one in an online bookseller in Germany, but the bank transfer payment would not work for me (too complicated and expensive).

Paypal or credit card is much better for me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
