u 255 and U 307

Hi,

A new member from Russia, U TS, is looking for photos of 255 and 307.  (his English is Google, and my Russian is Google)

I couldn't find much, and do not have a book he was looking for with col drawings. If anyone has any info or leads, please post. He really likes the North boats, as he served in the north helm/nav in the early 1980s. Or if anyone speaks Russian, he could use help with the U boat color article.

I stole some nice pics of U-307 from a fellow (http://modellbauer.foren-city.de/htopic,10887,viic.html), who stole them from "U-Boote im Focus", Vol. 4.

Hi Wink,  I plan to build U307 for my uboat interiors.  Uboot im Focus Volume 4, I believe, I'll check when I get home has some good information on U307, including a nice foldout.  As to U255, I built it a couple of years ago.  I have never posted any photos of the finished build however.  I got my information from several of my books and web sources, IIRC, I could not find any "one stop" source for information.
