He's done an AMAZING job, it's a beautiful build! So much detail! Still, though paper models are interesting, I can't help but think how much cooler this would be in plastic...!

If he's using tech to cut out, it would be a cutter (looks like an inkjet printer but has a cutting blade).

I had already seen this jaw-dopping project and yes, it's truly amazing! the amount of details he kicked in is just incredible, the landing gear says it all!
