TGarthConnelly:
Hi Guys,

I thought you'd like to see some shots of a model being built for me by Kyle Lord ...

It's of a MIAMI SHIPBUILDING 63-foot Type 269 ARB which was used by the USN in Italy in 1944 for Spec Ops.

And, this is the real ARB-22:

TGarthConnelly:
I had two rocket launchers from Shapeways sent to Kyle.  He placed them on the model just to show me ...

Hi Garth,

That's a tidy build, coming along very nicely and I am sure you will be happy with the model when finished. What is the scale?

Also, do you have any other books you are writing?

Cheers,

Dougie

TGarthConnelly:
Hi Dougie,

It's 1:72.  The hull is from MTB HULLS on Gibraltar.

Books?  Let's see, since 2008 - I have written the following:

And, currently, I am revising my book on the MAS boats.  And, what makes me proud is that Erminio Bagnasco himself is helping me to rewrite it.

Hi Garth,

You have been busy, keep up the good work.

Cheers,

Dougie
