I think because this thread is so big and we now have a brand new TYPE VII category,  for future ease of use/reference we'll have to move the topic to VII...does anyone see any negatives with this plan? (We can put a NEWS ITEM in for a week to redirect folks - this is an ADMIN problem, we created wth VII category a bit late...)

Light conditions were good today, so i decided to show you all the whole thing.
Added some out of scale figures just for fun.

Filled all the handrail fixing holes, and the big isolator hole with miliput. Discarded the lights, and i made the recesses deeper, and wider.

Isolator nest. 2,5mm copper tube, with 2mm styrene lining. Isolator itself will be made from turned wire, and glued after the painting.

Grilles back in place.

Line bracket. 2 different Eduard PE were used for strength, and neet look.

Tamiya white primer highlighted all the imperfections, which are being corrected.

Lights:

The glass is made from cigarette lighters, and are not fixed in yet. Ill paint them silver on the back, and fix `em after the CT gets some paint on.

Filler roughly sanded, and Mr. Surfacer applied. I sanded the lot again, starting from grit 800, through 1200, and finished on 1500.

Now i will mark the rivet lines.
I think i will replicate what revell done, mostly because i dont know any better. The rivets are hard to see on any of the photographs i have, so if someone could confirm, if the revell rivets are correct i will be gratefull. ;)
