I read the newspaper this morning and it mentioned that it's going to be the coldest winter in the past decade in many parts of the world.
The temperature has dropped below -30 degree Celsius in some parts of Europe. Is it really cold there?
We seldom have 8 degree or below here in the urban area of Hong Kong but it hit 7.9 in my neighborhood this morning.
Regards,
KK

I have been tortured by the wrong weather for the project many times...snow and cold when needed blue skies and workable temps, and roasting sun and when needed to do heavy, hot, hard work.
