Simon,
Assuming these boats were at the base at the time of surrender and not transferred afterwards, there are 12 possibilities according to Uboat.net  http://www.uboat.net/fates/surrendered.htm (http://www.uboat.net/fates/surrendered.htm)
Too bad the pictures are so dark, an emblem or two would really help with identification!
Regards,
Brian

Hi Brain

Thanks for the links :) :)

We had a good discussion over at U-boat.NET http://uboat.net/forums/read.php?3,87801,87818#msg-87818 (http://uboat.net/forums/read.php?3,87801,87818#msg-87818)

Initially through the boats were U-773 and U-1064. However, Maciek recently found a photo taken at the same time http://www.kildenett.no/kilder/1176713211.5 (http://www.kildenett.no/kilder/1176713211.5) and it read

Simon.
This pen used to be my workplace. I think you can rule out U 995 she was at Trondheim's mek. verksted having her schnorkel installed, moreover all the boats have 4 deckcontainers, U 995 had none at this time,  further the steeldeck on the bowcasing has a different pattern than U 995. U 926 and U1202 were at that time in Bergen so you can rule out these as well. What remains of the VIICs are according to my sources, the Norwegian navy, U 310, U 315, my records mention U957, U993 and U998 as well, but I cannot trace these boats. I am pretty sure two of the boats are U 310 and U 315. The 3rd boat I cannot identify.

Simon.
Correction to my last post.
Of the all the VIICs in Norway after the surrender, the U 310, U 315,U 957, U 993, U926, U 995, U 998 and U 1202 were  inspected by the Norwegian Navy in May 1945 for possible take over. U-926, U 993, U- 998 and U 1202 were in Bergen and U 993 was damaged by air raid Oct, 1944, U 998 was damaged by a Norwegian mosquito and taken of duty Oct. 1944. U 310, U315, U 957 and U 995 were in Trondheim and U 957 was damaged by a collision in 21 Oct. 1944. U 995 was most probably moved from Trondhjems mek. verksted just after May 9th to the submarine pen Dora I  and moored outside the IXD2 U 861. As can be seen on the photo U 995 has got her schnorkel but not the deck containers. I guess the photo inside the pen is taken during the inspection of the Norwegian navy May 1945. Thus I believe the most probable submarines in the pen would be U 310, U 315 and U 957.
