"Д-2" in World War II

His first trip "D-2 flew on Sept. 23, 1942, under the command of RV Lindenberg, after a day-boat nearly died when entangled in the anti-network, exhibited by the Germans, two days submarine crewmen were released, plunging into the water day and at night cut steel chain. This soldering iron. Apparently for soldering copper pipes. (It is heated with a blowtorch and worked with tin). I am very shocked ! The first time I see him in the submarine repair kits! Maybe it's fantasy museum workers ?!
