reeeally big. we're talking, well, BIG! It's very cool. To bad they are so expesnive to maintain, it would be a GREAT plasure sub, or a moving underwater lair for a Dr Evil type.

You could get two complete Type VII's into the PH of the Typhoon ;D  Look that different in the displacement Typhoon 48,000 tons and Type VIIC 1,070 tons

Maybe that how U-boat's came about. Typhoon are mother U-boat and can give live birth to Type VII's ;D
