Title: Embossing Tape as a Scribing Guide
Post by: Greif on 19 Jan , 2010, 06:08
Scribing a panel line can be a tense process to say the least.  To keep too much sweat from accumulating on my forehead, I use embossing tape; the type used in those handheld gadgets to make labels.  It forms to curved surfaces well, and it is firm enough to provide a good guide.  A piece can be used a few times before it loses its "stickyness".

I gave SUCH a tiny brain...I just came across this technique doing some research, ran back here to post it, and look, it's been posted long ago by excellent modeler Greif. Sigh...
