     Kits are partially built... P/E, included.. much installed already...

.. Hello OldNoob.. Thanks for responding anyway (too far for me).. Hobby Shops in Delaware are
few... If you can find one, it's mostly R/C.. Mail order sites (Tower) and others have eaten up
small shops, sad to say!
