I specially like the story about the Japanese Midget Submarine on Kiska & Aleutian Islands, Alaska.

It's amazing , given it's age, how well the Explorer has stood up to corrosion .
i read an account once that durring WWII passerbys thought it was a WW1 sub and later in the 70's many thought it was a WWII sub. It gives a testament to how well it was built.
