here is a review of the "Bachstelze". It's available as Resin Kit with PE (Scale 1/72).

As described in the german text some IX-D2 boats were equipped with the "Bachstelze".

just a post script to the Pavla model, I haven't read the linked review but for accuracy the Pavla model's blades are the wrong way round. See attached photo and build review (http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234957202-focke-achegils-fa330-pavla-172/).
