Title: Un wanted Bubbles
Post by: wildspear on 06 Sep , 2013, 08:56
I have an issue that I hope someone can help me with. Im using "Model Master acryl" paint on the inside od a M113 armored personnel carrier. I'm applying it with a brush. I shake the bottle to stir the paint, but when I apply it to the model it leaves a lot of bubbles on the surface. How should I solve my issue, as in "No" bubbles?

STIR the paint instead of shaking it. But better yet, get an airbrush. Not expensive really, and not hard (just takes practice). Hope it helps.

I can tell you from years of working with Polyurethane, never ever shake it. Always stir slowly.
Im sure that applies to Acrylic paint as well.
