Bow Bouyancy dimensions

(1/1)

aptivaboy:
Okay, so I'm working in my CAD program trying to make my own bow buoyancy hole insert to the correct spacing. Thanks to the Floating Drydock's Plan Book, a true Godsend, I've been able to make a very dimensionally accurate limber hole in 1/1 scale which I'll downscale later. Now, the problem I'm having is figuring out the spacing of these holes.  Does anyone know their spacing, either in inches on center or in terms of horizontal spacing between holes?

Thanks! I can't seem to find an exact dimension in my plans library. I realize that they're in between frames, but they clearly don't take up the entire space in between frames, so that's the sticking point.

Never mind, I got it figured out. Since the frames were 24" on center at the bow, I just spaced my artwork equally in between the 24" parallels and dimensioned accordingly.

That should be spot on, good logic!
