Updated Forum Language Packs were installed, a few new ones added.

You can change the language you see the forum either by using the DROP DOWN BAR in the header, or in your Profile page. If your language is not working, or not even a choice, please let us know and we will see what we can do to fix/add. Simple Machines covers many languages, but not yet all!
