I thought I would post a few pictures of the Bf110G4 model that I built prior to starting my Type VII interior build.  It was an OOB commission build for a person who had heard I am fairly decent at building 1/48 scale aircraft.  The mottled camo pattern was a challenge, but turned out rather well.  Hope you enjoy the pictures.

You're right about it being an unusual design Anakin.  One wonders why the German developed it.  By the way, I got your Vesikko book.  It is outstanding, well written and laid out.  Well done sir!

Actually i have nothing to do with Vesikko book...  It was Timo "UrpoK" who wrote the book... The other Finnish U-Boot enthusiast!   ;)

Thanks Simon!  The Ho 229 was a very advanced concept.  The USA borrowed alot of the Horton brother's work when it developed its own "flying wing" project in the 50's.  In fact, the B2 Bomber design legacy can be traced back to the Ho 229.
