Does anyone have any information on this tanker/refueler? She was a Liberty Ship and was 1 of 18 liberty ships listed by th navy in WWII as a Naval combat ship.

I did not know they used Liberty ships as tanker/refuelers. Were all 18 Liberty ships that were listed as Naval combat ship tanker/refuelers?
