Title: Need help from experianced modelers.

I stumbled across some after market metal products on ebay and was just blown away by the scale of it. Can anyone here tell me How this person is making these?

It has actual rifling.
Also he is selling his products for nearly nothing!

He most likely using the same techniques as Watchmaking & with CNC cutters
