Title: Difficulties posting pictures

Newbie Question
Do I need to do somethign with the administrators to post pics? I reduced the size of a number of them to less than 600kb each, but everytime I try to post them (even if it's just one pic) I get an error.

I think it has to be under 300kb  but not sure, as you can see it works
