The water maybe not as impressive at the first one, but it is still an outstanding job. :D

I recognize this one done by Andy Bass... who just happens to work at my local hobby store!!!

I was thinking the same thing, I have yet to found any document to say that it was used on a Type VII.

that 1:35 is beautiful. but then, at 1:35, it should be! See that commissioning pennant? (the thin white strip with forked tail)? AMP will be offereing soon as part of the Uboat pennants...

A few weeks ago i visited de UBoot Archive in Cuxhaven and the U995  ;D
Well I can see in the museum two Uboot pennants they no as a standart mesurements, the crew make them. But... a mesurements are 130 x 5 cm. or 150 x 6 cm. and the tail .. yes is forked.

My English...  :-[

Mickey is in one of the aft "meander tarnung" at starbord..........

it tells about the humerous and fun- build approach this guy took, I remember he just didn't care if the "bachstelze" was used on type VII C or not.....

Beautiful execution!  Andrea's 1/32 scale Conning Tower looks like a really nice model.  I just can't talk myself into spending the money to get one - yet.
